We call these “directors” Agents. Agents are specialized software modules that ‘think’ within the boundaries of their roles, which you define through specific guidelines. At your discretion, they can also draw from your unique data: Notion notes, practical insights from books, work instructions, your NotebookLM, or any other source. The Master Agent (Chairman of the Council) synthesizes their perspectives into one cohesive report, prioritizing the most competent Agents for any specific question.

You get the power of the world’s most advanced neural networks (such as Gemini 3 Pro), but they know nothing about you. This is made possible by the Privacy Proxy (our “Secretary”) installed directly on your computer:
Anonymization: It takes your request and “blacks out” all personal data (names, brands, locations) like a secretary with a marker.
Secure Processing: The anonymous request is sent to the cloud. The AI receives only the essence of the task.
Restoration: The response returns to your device, where the Privacy Proxy restores the real names to their original places.
Your memory

Using a vector database, the Secretary can record your interactions with the Council in a universal format. Even if you decide to change AI model a year from now, your “memory” stays with you and can be instantly connected to the new system.

How will you interact
with your Council
The system becomes a “smart layer” over your existing tools via three touchpoints:
Dialogue
Chat with Agents wherever you are comfortable — via Telegram, Discord, or a dedicated desktop app.
Management
Edit Agent instructions and knowledge bases in familiar tools like Google Docs, Notion, or local Markdown files. No complex code required.
Action
Thanks to modern communication protocols (MCP), Agents can factor in the context of your tasks app, your calendars, or research in NotebookLM, etc.
Flexibility in Every Request
Three Operating Modes
At the heart of the system is an intelligent dispatcher — the Session Manager. Every time you start a conversation with the Council, you set the rules by choosing one of three modes:
Privacy Shield
The balance of power and privacy. This is the standard mode described above. Your data passes through a local filter, is anonymized, and then sent to the most powerful cloud models for deep analysis. Ideal for complex queries and sensitive info.
Local Solo
Maximum security. In this mode, not a single byte of data leaves your computer. Requests are processed by a medium-power local model directly on your device. Best for routine tasks, structuring notes, or sorting data you don’t want the outside world to see — even in anonymous form.
Cloud Power
Maximum Intelligence. Direct access to Gemini 3.1 Pro (or other models) without prior anonymization. While some may choose this as their primary mode, we envision it being used mainly for complex tasks or for queries that do not contain personal secrets but still require your broader context.
