2. What data we collect

When you fill out the "Register Your Interest" form on our website, you may provide the following information:

• Name (required)
• Email address (optional)
• Username and messaging platform — e.g. Telegram, Signal, Discord, Instagram (optional)
• Phone number (optional)
• Preferred language of communication
• Comment or inquiry details

You must provide at least one contact method (email, username, or phone) for us to respond to your inquiry. You control exactly what information you share.

3. How we use your data

We use the information you submit exclusively for the following purposes:

• To respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about our services.
• To understand your requirements and tailor our response accordingly.

We do not use your data for marketing automation, profiling, automated decision-making, or any purpose beyond direct communication related to your inquiry. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

4. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process your personal data based on:

5. Data retention

We retain your contact form data only for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for a limited period thereafter:

• Active inquiries: your data is stored while your inquiry is being processed.
• After resolution: your data is kept for a maximum of 12 months after the last communication, after which it is permanently deleted from our database.

You may request earlier deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

6. Data storage and security

Your data is stored in a secure Cloudflare D1 database with encryption in transit and at rest. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Email notifications of new form submissions are sent via Resend, an email API provider, and are delivered exclusively to our internal contact address.

7. Your rights

Under both Ukrainian law and the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification — correct any inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") — request deletion of your data.
• Right to restrict processing — limit how we use your data.
• Right to data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Right to withdraw consent — at any time.

8. Cookies and tracking

• Cloudflare (D1 database) — for secure data storage.
• Resend — for email delivery of form notifications.

Both providers are GDPR-compliant and process data only on our instructions.
